How to Return Your Items:

Please allow up to 5 business days for your returned item/s to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy, our Customer Care team will contact you.

Domestic Returns:

We are pleased to facilitate returns/exchanges on any items for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are:

- In original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and fit for resale, with original labels and swing tickets attached.

*All refunds exclude shipping costs.

International Returns:

Orders can be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days from receiving the order. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as NAMIMAN will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Conditions of any returned goods are:

- In original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and fit for resale, with original labels and swing tickets attached.

We are unable to accept international exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for a refund*.

*All refunds exclude shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel or amend your items. Note that once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel or make amendments to your order.

Refunds:

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please note - once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer valid for a refund. Please choose the style/size you would like to exchange carefully.
